Handling
Once we have reviewed your application, you will be assigned an RMA number and notified by email. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipped goods. The RMA number must always be included in communication with us.

Service
We test the product according to the specified description of the fault. Please be specific in describing how the fault can be reproduced if it is not clear.

Shipping
The customer is always responsible for shipping to us, and we cover the return shipping for warranty claims. The shipping method should be delivery to the door, as goods delivered to a pickup location cannot be retrieved.

The email with the RMA number will indicate where the defective product should be sent.

Spare Parts
If you are looking for spare parts for a product, please fill in as much as you can below and select "Spare Part" under Type of Service.

For warranty claims, always attach a copy of the purchase receipt/invoice!
